Paid subscriptions support ongoing development but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or feature parity. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Strada Arena ("the Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including free users and paid subscribers.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access our services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Be at least 13 years old (users 13-18 need parental consent)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Strada Arena offers free and paid subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Plan: Limited bookmarks, notes, and basic features
• Paid Plans: Enhanced limits, advanced analytics, priority support
• Trial Periods: Some plans may include free trial periods
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payment Processing: Handled securely through Stripe
• Price Changes: We may adjust prices with 30 days notice

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Cancel anytime through account settings; access continues until period ends
• No refunds for partial months/years or unused features
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for failed payments

Because the platform is an alpha release, certain paid features, analytics, and limits may change as we iterate. Subscription fees fund development but do not guarantee feature availability, uptime, or data retention beyond what is required by law. We will communicate major changes through in-app notices and billing emails whenever possible.

4. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized automation tools
• Manipulate leaderboards, achievements, or quiz results
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Circumvent subscription limits or access restrictions
• Share account credentials or subscription benefits
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission

5. User-Generated Content

Users may create and share content including notes, bookmarks, and social interactions:

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
• Your public profile, achievements, and leaderboard rankings are visible to others
• Notes and bookmarks are private unless you choose to share them
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• You're responsible for backing up your important content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All platform content including quizzes, questions, explanations, designs, logos, and software are owned by Strada Arena or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use: You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our quiz content
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Attempt to extract or scrape our database

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Strada Arena, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Platform Features and Limits

Different subscription tiers have different feature limits:

• Bookmarks: Limited by subscription tier (e.g., 30 for free users)
• Notes: Limited by subscription tier, max 500 characters each
• Friend Connections: May have limits based on plan
• Analytics Access: Advanced analytics for paid subscribers
• Priority Support: Available for premium subscribers
• Ad-free Experience: May vary by subscription level

We reserve the right to modify features and limits with reasonable notice.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts or account sharing
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our discretion to protect the platform or users

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• You forfeit any unused subscription time (no refunds)
• Your content may be deleted after 30 days
• You remain liable for any outstanding charges

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is": Strada Arena is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of quiz content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular educational purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strada Arena shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strada Arena, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution
